Family – where life begins
and love never ends
EACH FAMILY HAS A STORY TO TELL. IT WOULD BE A REAL ADVENTURE TO BE ABLE TO CAPTURE YOUR STORY FOR YOU SO THAT IN THE YEARS AHEAD, YOUR FAMILY HAS THESE IMAGES TO LOOK BACK ON.
We all hope to grow up someday, and although we might move out and start down our own busy path, it’s our family that ties us together and roots us to the ground.
Photographs and film are so important to us when we are looking back, but it’s easy to forget to take time out to capture the day-to-day changes in our family while they are happening.
Did you know, there are 940 Saturdays between your child being born and them turning 18? It would be my absolute pleasure to photograph one of these rare days for you.

WHERE WILL OUR PHOTOGRAPHS BE TAKEN?
In 2021, I will be shooting only outdoor sessions as this is the safest option at present. Depending on the type of portrait session you prefer, you will have your photographs taken:
-
- Outdoors on the Rea farm in Moy
- Outdoors on location across Northern Ireland
- A combination of two locations in a This is Us! session.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHOOTING HOURS?
I photograph mini-sessions some Friday evenings, however, my main shooting day for full sessions is a Saturday.
On occasion, a family session can be pencilled in for a Sunday if this is the best day to catch your busy family together.
DO YOUR SESSIONS INCLUDE ANY DIGITAL IMAGES?
YES! If you book a full session with me, you get to keep all of the best digital images from the session. These are full resolution so that you can print them locally or online.
You also have a full range of printed products available for purchase through your online gallery. These are all the highest quality products however, you are not required to purchase anything other than your session.
DO I GET ANY PRINTS INCLUDED IN MY SESSION?
YES! As well as digitals, all of my sessions from mini to full will now include a selection of prints.
When we get photographs digitally, it’s wonderful and we all mean to print them straight away, but this can be put off when life gets busy and years might go by without a finished print on your shelf or wall.
I want to make sure that you have the highest quality prints to remember your session by and gift your loved ones.
These prints will be chosen by you from your online gallery and shipped to you from my UK-based printer within days of you choosing your images.
HOW DO YOU GET SUCH NATURAL SMILES?
By not taking anything too seriously and being on the same level as your little ones.
If you are looking for photographs of perfection, then I’m probably not the photographer for you. What I love to photograph is laughter, fun and a few posed shots that look relaxed mixed throughout the session.
Your children are inquisitive and adventurous, we just have to let them explore and take our queues from them. Don’t be too caught up in the perfect photo, instead focus on helping your family to relax and enjoy their session, that’s what I’ll be doing too.

Newcastle, The Crilly Family
At the end of July 2021, in 30-degree heat, the Crilly family and I packed up the cars and headed for Newcastle. We captured the day on film as well as with photographs, filming on the drone and my SLR.
Bluebell Woods, Warrenpoint
A favourite spot of mine for family portrait photography late April. This year, just as lockdown was eased, it was a lovely feeling to be back.
